“Working with Lisa and Ann was such an amazing collaboration. They are true artists who do a wonderful job at understanding the vision of a project and then bringing it to life through their music. I would definitely work with them again on any future project!”

“I have worked with Lisa and Ann for over 20 years and love their music. They are passionate about what they do and it shows. They are creative and professional and the productions are always pristine. As publishers, we have licensed their music to every type of production from commercials to feature films and we constantly receive comments from our clients about how beautiful the music is. I have only wonderful things to say about these two very special and very talented women.”

"For my directorial debut, I could not have asked for a better shepherd through the world of film scoring than Lisa Bloom.
Lisa had just the right amount of input, while still respecting my wishes, to make the process truly collaborative. She was supportive, but wasn’t afraid to recommend another direction when her experience suggested a better alternative.
I found Lisa to be a rare blend of creativity and technical knowledge, with a dedication to making my film that was matched perhaps only by own. She worked tirelessly: while ill, while facing a tornado—and she completed everything as expected.
I would recommend Lisa to any filmmaker— novice or veteran—who wants a musical collaborator who will work hard and
create a wonderful score for your film. "

Lisa Bloom did an absolutely outstanding job scoring the animated film “Thunder Head Clearing,” which you can check out on YouTube. The film relies entirely on an end-to-end score for its soundtrack, so the pressure was on to create music that supported the story through many moods and precise accents—a challenge given a director with a musical background and strong feelings about how the score had to support the movie at every beat. Lisa demonstrated terrific musical range, a wealth of knowledge of the orchestral language, and—equally important in such a demanding musical assignment—a pleasing temperament that genuinely delivered on the promise producers hear from practically everyone seeking a crew position, “I’m a team player and easy to work with.” You can hope for good luck searching around for someone else for whom that’s all really true, or just hire Lisa and enjoy both the ride and the result.
